Gamescom Awards 2016: annunciate le categorie, con qualche novità

Il Digitale Spielekultur Foundation, organizzatore dei Gamescom Awards, ha annunciato le categorie dei premi dell'edizione 2016.

Quest'anno ci sono delle novità, con categorie nuove. Ecco la lista completa:

Gamescom global awards category group

• gamescom award for the best expansion (only expansion)
• gamescom award for the best preview/vision (only preview/vision)

Categoria Indie

• gamescom indie award (only games)

Queste sono le nuove categorie dei gamescom award:

Categorie Console category group (Solo giochi, niente espansioni o preview)

• Best Console Game Sony Playstation 4
• Best Console Game Microsoft Xbox One
• Best Console Game Nintendo WiiU

Categorie per genere (only games; no expansions or preview/visions)

• Best Role Playing Game
• Best Racing Game
• Best Action Game
• Best Simulation Game
• Best Sports Game
• Best Family Game
• Best Strategy Game

Categorie online PC / Mobile / Online (Solo giochi, niente espansioni o preview)

• Best PC Game
• Best Mobile Game (inclusi handheld, iOS, Android, Windows)
• Best Social / Casual / Online Game
• Best Online Multiplayer Game
• Best Hardware incl. Peripheral (solo prodotti)

Categoria Consumer

• gamescom "Most Wanted" consumer award (only games/products)

Best of gamescom category group

• Best of gamescom award (only games or products; no expansions or preview/visions)

L'edizione di quest'anno inizierà il 17 agosto e terminerà il 21 dello stesso mese.
