Uncharted 2 vince 10 AIAS Awards

Uncharted 2 ha dominato gli Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences Awards di Las Vegas, portandosi a casa ben dieci riconoscimenti, ovvero gioco dell'anno, gioco adventure dell'anno, game direction, animazioni, visual engeneering, art direction, storia, composizione musica originale, gameplay engineering e sound design.

A seguire Batman: Arkham Asylum e Scribblenauts che si sono portati a casa tre premi ciascuno. Il primo ha vinto nella sezione Game Design e Story (adapted), oltre che per la performance di Mark Hamill nei panni del joker. Scribblenauts invece è stato insignito come oustanding innovation in gaming, gioco portatile dell'anno e game design portatile.

Due premi sono stati assegnati anche a Modern Warfare 2 e Brutal Legend, mentre Street Fighter IV, Flower, Farmville, The Beatles: Rock Band, FIFA 10, Dragon Age: Origins e Forza Motorsport 3 hanno vinto le loro rispettive categorie.

Il co-fondatore di Activision, David Crane, ha ricevuto il Pioneer Award, mentre al fondatore dell'ESA Douglas Lowenstein è andato il Lifetime Achievement Award. Infine Mark Cerny è stato inserito nella Hall of Fame.
