Media Molecule: Alex Evans, co-fondatore del team di Dreams e Little Big Planet, lascia studio e industria dei videogiochi

Alex Evans, co-fondatore e technical director di Media Molecule, ha annunciato che lascerà lo studio e l'industria nel suo insieme.

Recentemente su Twitter, lo sviluppatore ha confermato che grazie a "un po' di ricerca interiore ispirata dal lockdown", si prenderà una pausa dallo sviluppo dei videogiochi.

Quale sarà il suo prossimo passo? Evans non è del tutto sicuro. In un successivo tweet, ha detto che non ha ancora deciso cosa farà dopo mentre si allontana da una carriera di tredici anni. "Sono stato nell'industria così a lungo che non sono ancora sicuro di quale sarà il prossimo passo per uno come me", ha scritto.

Evans ha fornito assicurazioni, tuttavia, che Dreams continuerà come sempre, aggiungendo che ciò che sta arrivando da Media Molecule per il gioco "lascerà a bocca aperta".

Nel frattempo, lo studio ha risposto ai tweet di Evans, ringraziandolo per la sua leadership e per tutto ciò che ha fatto per il team, promettendogli anche che "continueremo a essere strani e meravigliosi come hai sempre desiderato".
